Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Who we are
YSTORE is operated by Youssef Abulhassan Mohamed Mubarak (the "Seller", "we", "us"), trading as YSTORE. By accessing or using YSTORE, you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with the Seller.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.
3. The service
YSTORE sells digital top-ups (such as PUBG Mobile UC) delivered to a game account you identify by Player ID. You are responsible for providing an accurate Player ID; we are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect ID you supplied.
4. Account and accurate information
You must keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate contact and order details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, infringing intellectual property, interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping), reselling access without permission, or abusing our staff.
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding, content, and design of YSTORE are owned by the Seller or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the service is permitted.
7. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's refund handling. Refund requests can be submitted at paddle.net or through our support channel.
9. Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of delays caused by upstream game publishers, payment providers, or connectivity issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, immediately and without refund (subject to the Refund Policy), if you: materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, pose a security or legal risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
