Terms of Service

1. Who we are

YSTOER is operated by Youssef Abulhassan Mohamed Mubarak (the "Seller", "we", "us"), trading as YSTOER. By accessing or using YSTOER, you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with the Seller.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

3. The service

YSTOER is a digital fulfilment service operated and sold directly by the Seller. You purchase a digital top-up service (such as PUBG Mobile UC) which we deliver to a game account you identify by Player ID. You are responsible for providing an accurate Player ID; we are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect ID you supplied.

Orders are normally fulfilled within 24 hours. If we cannot fulfil an order, it is refunded in full under our Refund Policy.

3a. Sole seller — not a marketplace

All orders are sold by the Seller. YSTOER is not a marketplace and does not facilitate sales between users. Staff accounts shown in order chats are our own fulfilment agents acting on the Seller's behalf; they are not independent merchants and are not parties to your contract.

3b. What we do not sell

We do not sell, broker, rent, or transfer game accounts, login credentials, or any item whose transfer would breach a game publisher's terms. We do not sell tradeable cryptocurrency, NFTs, or any financial instrument. We do not operate any form of gambling, loot-box resale, or investment product.

3c. No cash-out, no resale value

Everything we deliver is a one-way digital top-up applied directly to the game account you specify. Delivered in-game currency and items cannot be cashed out, redeemed for money, sold, traded, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for any other item through us, and we provide no marketplace, trading, or peer-to-peer transfer facility of any kind. Any store credit held in your account balance is a prepaid credit usable only to pay for orders on this site: it has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money.

4. Account and accurate information

You must keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate contact and order details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, infringing intellectual property, interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping), reselling access without permission, or abusing our staff.

You must not use the service to: purchase on behalf of a third party without their consent; use stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods; launder money or evade sanctions; buy top-ups for accounts you do not own or control; exploit game bugs, cheats, modded clients, or automation; harass, threaten, or impersonate any person; or place orders on behalf of a minor without parental consent.

We may refuse, cancel, or reverse any order that we reasonably believe breaches this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, content, and design of YSTOER are owned by the Seller or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the service is permitted.

7. Payments

Payments are accepted through PayPal and approved manual payment methods shown at checkout. YSTOER is the seller of record for all orders. Card and account details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests can be submitted through the order chat or our support channel.

9. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of delays caused by upstream game publishers, payment providers, or connectivity issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, immediately and without refund (subject to the Refund Policy), if you: materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, pose a security or legal risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
