YSTORE is operated by Youssef Abulhassan Mohamed Mubarak. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This applies to any order placed through YSTORE, whether or not it has been delivered.

Failed or delayed delivery

If an order fails to deliver, or has not been delivered within a reasonable time (usually 24 hours) and cannot be resolved by support, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 30-day window above.

How to request a refund

Payments on YSTORE are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team on Telegram @ystore and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Fraud and abuse

Refund requests connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service may be declined and may result in account suspension.
